Our Swim Team brunch was delicious - as always. It's fun to get together from time to time, on dry land
I went hurrying from there to the optometrist for my biannual exam. John took the first appointment, and then he went to the breakfast while I was getting my eyes checked.
After that great breakfast, we pretty much skipped lunch. John got in a good nap, but I had a followup appointment with our family doctor. She'd changed my blood pressure medication, and wanted to check it. All is well, so I got a new prescription for the med, and another bottle of samples. And the nagging cough is gone now.
I'm going to head to the bed early again tonight, and hope to sleep later in the morning.

Great news about the blood pressure medication - yes, I'm on one too
And heaps of others too. Workmates reckon I should rattle when I walk!
Parents and Sister very impressed that I have turned the heel of "the sock" without mishaps, reverse stitching - or swearing!
