Start of a fun weekend

We got to Margaret’s about 1:00 CT. Lots of cooking and food prep was going on, and I got to do some helping. Folks started getting in about 3. John went on to the motel to meet-and-greet and leave the goody bags. He came back with some of the guests. The first group ate (fabulous pork loin from the grill, and other great stuff!), then about 7 p.m., the honorees (Alison & Joe) got there, followed by some of their friends. So there was another round of delicious food. The party was still going strong when John and I and another couple came back to the hotel to crash. Back for more tomorrow!
