I didn't get good asleep until about 3 a.m. this morning, and then had to get up at 6 for swimming. I seriously thought about skipping it, but I still had to get up to work at the library book store at 10. Oh, well. I'm certainly not going to be up until my usual midnight.
Nasty weather here ahead of the new storm, Lee. We set a record high of 99 today, and are expected to do so again tomorrow with 100. But then the high for Tuesday is predicted to be in the 70s!!!
I know the Gulf Coast is due to get so much rain that flooding will be a problem, but we are hoping to wind up with about 4-6". We surely do need it.
