• I had PT this morning.
• The therapists are working strengthening my legs and core.
• I feel like I've improved some.
• I really need to get to doing some walking.
• Haven't had time, so far.
• I had a massage today.
• It was wonderful!
• John went to the urologist today for his quarterly injection.
• His PSA was 0.4, which is great.
• He's still having hot flashes, but is dealing with them.
• He went to the cemetery with Allan’s daughters, to support them as they dedicated his stone, and to say his own goodbyes.
