Friday Miscellany

The Supreme Court has done wonderful things this week.

The decision in the gay marriage case was long overdue.

In the big scheme of things, the decision about the Affordable Care Act will have a longer reaching impact.

The shooting at the Mother Emanuel Church in Charleston was unspeakable.

The reaction of the wonderful people in Charleston was amazing.

President’s Obama’s eulogy was fabulous - he could have another career as a preacher.

And

Thursday night, there was a terrible fiery accident on I-75 just north of Chattanooga. Six people were killed.

John saw the pulmonologist this morning. He’s doing well, but the doc says he will probably have the cough and shortness of breath for the rest of his life. This is due to the cancer and the radiation.

We played duplicate this afternoon (12 couples) and came in first by a big margin.
