In good shape?

I read somewhere a list of things for older people to do to keep their brains healthy longer.  These are the ones I remember...

Work puzzles (crosswords, etc.) - Check
Spend time on the computer - Check
Play games (computer, card, etc.) - Check
Do some sort of hand work (knitting, painting, crocheting, embroidery, etc. - Check
Get an hour's exercise several days a week - Check
Socialize - Check
Play sports - Well, can't win them all

Guess I'm in pretty good shape (for the shape I'm in) - at least for the time being.
