Dr. Dementia?

We got this in an e-mail the other day.  I'd seen part of it, but not the numbers part.  It really is amazing.

Here's another trick of Doctor Dementia to test your skills....

I've seen this with the letters out of order, but this is the first time I've seen it with numbers. Good example of a Brain Study: If you can read this OUT LOUD, you have a strong mind. And better than that: Alzheimer's is a long long, way down the road before it ever gets anywhere near you.

If you can read this, you have a strange mind, too.  Can you read this?  Only 55 people out of 100 can.

You know that I scoff every time I see a commercial for software that will "improve your mind." I had no trouble with the first one; I had seen a version of the second one before.

I purposely do more than one kind of puzzle. I did have trouble with Saturday's cryptogram, but you may like the saying: Laugh and the world laughs with you; snore and you sleep alone.

I laughed at that cryptogram on Saturday, too, Harriet. Definitely true in this house.
