Baking the Crusty Bread


A couple of weeks ago, I posted a recipe for Crusty Bread.

Well, I made it this morning. I mixed it up last night, as directed in the recipe. Then I baked it this morning. It is SO good and incredibly easy. John commented that he had always thought that there were more steps involved in bread baking. But this is literally just a measuring, mixing, waiting overnight, and then baking.

If you have a cast-iron pot with a lid, give it a try.
