It certainly did cool off today. I doubt it ever got above the predicted high of 66.
John was out early. He was part of the timing crew at the Chattanooga Head Race. Despite the gloomy weather and the fast-running Tennessee River, they had the biggest field ever - so it was definitely a success in that regard. He didn't get home until nearly 6 p.m.
All I did today was go to the funeral service for Vicki's mother. It was a very small group - only family - and was a lovely tribute to Geet. I think she would have liked it.
Today's photo is another pothole near the river at Ohiopyle State Park, PA.
