There's no place like home...

We left Elizabeth City about 6:30 this morning and got to my apartment about 6:30 this evening.  Margaret drove the whole way, mostly in the rain.  We finally saw the sun as we turned onto I-75 west of Knoxville. It was a good week - a good time for both of us to be away from home, with family, doing other things.  We got to see Sue and Randy and four of the six grandchildren and their spouse/fiancee/significant others - always special.  We had unseasonably warm weather most of the time, but the temperatures were falling as we headed home.  It's good to be home.
