My name is Mary Z. John and I live in Tennessee. We've been retired since 1991, and have a passion for travel and photography. I paint, do needlepoint and knit, read, work word puzzles. John is a rower and loves to read and work word puzzles, too.

Oh no, oh dear - at least you aren't weighed down by a heft amount of plaster, especially when I see where your daily temps are at.
I sincerely wish I was closer so I could do heaps around your home for you, just like I did last Xmas when my Mum had cracked both bones just above her right wrist (and she did have a hefty plaster).
I hope you are at least able to sit back, comfortably, and watch your choice of the umpty-something sports at the Olympics (and super well done to the US Womens'rowing eight - I watched that race "live"!!!)
Sending very gentle huggles, much care and love, Michelle xxxx
