To play or not to play

Today was a glorious summer day - highs near 90, lows in the 60s. We really do need rain, but that doesn’t seem to be in the forecast. At least that means that the yard doesn’t have to be mowed.

We had terrible cards today - although John got better ones than I did. Just the way they fall sometime. It surely does make for a long afternoon, though.

It’s gotten to where Mondays are just really long and tiring. I know, I know - just stop doing some of it. We might consider giving up the bridge afternoon sometime, but we do love the game. Oh, well…
