We had a lovely dinner at Bonefish Grill tonight. There were three couples who went out to celebrate a birthday. John had his usual - the appetizer of mussels, sautéed in a butter/lemon/wine sauce. I had grilled shrimp and scallops with lemon butter sauce, fresh asparagus. All delicious. It turned out our gift card was for much more than we had imagined, so we’ll be able to go back again soon.
Other than that, today was pretty much like the rest of the week, except that Tina came by and brought me some flowers, and Renna brought us a yummy blueberry coffee cake. I am feeling better today, although still with some aches and pains. The scabs are drying up nicely. I’m definitely looking forward to getting the stitches out on Monday.
