Good food - Serendipity

Jean didn’t want to get up to go to swimming, but she certainly didn’t want to miss going to coffee with the group. We went over to visit with Vicki for a few minutes.

I guess the high points of the day were eating (what a surprise) - artichokes for lunch, and going to Old Saigon for dinner. That’s got to be one of our most favorite restaurants in town. We had fun talking to the owner tonight about our trip to Vietnam. She was born in Saigon, but has seen in the US for 36 years. We told her she certainly wouldn’t recognize her city any more.
