1. Even though I had a wonderful mani/pedi yesterday, the day was mostly blah. All my artificial parts were sore and creaky.
2. Somewhat better today. I managed to go to Silver Sneakers and to play some bridge this evening.
3. Totally wasted the rest of the day.
