I slept all night
long - woke up the first at 6 a.m.
Amazing!
For five minutes, I
was the only one at Silver Sneakers this morning.
I had recorded a
program about NBC's 90th Anniversary. I
watched it this afternoon. What a wash
of nostalgia over so many great programs!
