We left about 9 this morning, heading to Jamestown, TN, to have lunch with Jean and her friend, Jamie. This is a little town, way away from everywhere, but it’s very scenic. Jamie’s house is in a horse-keeping enclave (although she doesn’t have a horse, yet). The house she builg is just lovely - small, with personal touches, nooks and crannies for her special things. The countertops are of unusual patterned stones, picked and polished individually. Just lovely - good job, Jamie!
We had a nice drive, a good visit, and a good lunch - getting home about 5:30. All in all, a lovely day.
