I read this morning about the Harbin (China) Ice Festival. It's like a world's fair out of ice and snow, and just spectacular. This is the 30th year for this event, which I've heard about for the first time today. Guess I'm just slow. Oh, well. Here are a couple of pictures to whet your appetite.
