Today was kind of a prep day. Vicki’s painters are coming to lunch at my house tomorrow. We’re having chili, so that part is easy. I just needed to do the extra stuff and some minimal house cleaning. Sweet John ran the vacuum cleaner, and then fixed my closet door - which had decided to come off the track. Guess we’re ready for lunch tomorrow (or we’re close). And the Lady Mocs had a relatively easy time defeating Furman 85-69.

This gap in the rock formation is the Mid Atlantic Rift - the North American plate is on the left of the photograph, the Eurasian plate is on the right. Amazing!
