We’ve had 2.25” of rain today. John said it thundered early this morning, but I slept through that. It’s been foggy all day, too.
We went to a concert by the Tennessee Chamber Orchestra this afternoon. It was in the sanctuary of an Episcopal church in Lookout Mountain, TN - a lovely place with good acoustics. It was yucky getting up there in the rain and fog, but we got there and back okay. We met some friends there and were going out for dinner afterward. But after trying two places that turned out to be closed on Sunday evening, we gave up and just went home.
We did get home in time for John to see the Colts win and to watch all of the Lady Vols/LSU game.
An e-mail came from Margaret today, and Jesse will be home on leave over President’s Day weekend. So we’ll be heading over there for a fish fry. There’s nothing better than Bobby’s fried fish - except to have it when Jesse’s home. Y’all come!!!

I've gotten some of my photos in the new laptop. This is along the Erie Canal.
