We had our swimming class holiday brunch after class this morning. It's covered dish, and all the food is SO good. I got an assortment of stuff with tastes of just about everything, but not too much of anything. I fixed my "Something Yummy for Breakfast" (recipe below) and it was a big hit. John and I just skipped lunch, though. LOL
The cards were pretty good to us at bridge today. John and I had a great first round together, with John even bidding and making a small no-trump slam, vulnerable. Lots of points for that one hand. Nothing that good the rest of the day, but it was still fun.
We finally saw some sunshine today, and the official high was 51. It was a nice day.
