One step at a time.

One step at a time. I went to swimming group this morning, and got at least a lttle exercise. That, plus a visit to the optometrist to check for macular degeneration (none found - HOORAY!), led to a pretty good nap this afternoon.

And, finally, I arranged for a house cleaning service to come. Someone will come on Monday afternoon to see what's involved and give me a price. Not that it's needed or anything.

Tomorrow will be a long day, but should be interesting. Most of the day will be spent in Atlanta at a 1-day Elderhostel, with Islam as the subject. It's to be held at an Atlanta mosque. As soon as we get back, we'll head to a basketball game. Should be fun!
