I’m appalled by the onslaught on women and women’s health issues by the Republicans in this election season.

My friend, Essie, is a physician who retired because she contacted systemic lupus. She is now an incredible knitter (designing and selling) and writes EssieWB: Knitting my way through . Her comments today and her letter to one of Tennessee’s senators are well worth reading.
