An internet friend in South Carolina was scheduled for back surgery this morning. Her husband was supposed to e-mail her internet community, but we haven’t heard from him so far. We hope he’s just forgotten, and that all has gone well.
A friend locally has been diagnosed with a rare type of lung cancer. He was sent to Sloan-Kettering in New York for comprehensive testing, prognosis, and setting up a treatment plan.
Lots of good thoughts going out to these friends.
